Step-by-step Sailor Piece Sea 2 unlock guide plus the Dante Island route: reach Ascension 5, start the Cartographer's Lost Fragments quest, collect 2 Ancient Fragments and 7 Map Pieces, then follow the Sea 2 Dante unlock.

Overview

Sea 2 Guide

  • The current level cap is 25,000.
  • Dante Island is unlocked in Sea 2 after completing Dante Questline 1 on Judgement Island in Sea 1.
  • Dante Island hosts the Dante NPC, Dante Boss, Dante's sword drop, the repeatable Dante accessory-copy quest, and one of the Toji Blade Piece locations.
  • Demonic Shards from the Anos / Academy Island boss are used to manually spawn Dante Boss; summoning teleports you inside the castle, the gate returns you to the island, and the boss cannot auto-spawn or use pity by design.
  • Dante Boss only drops Dante's sword and Dante's title; the sword chance is low and may change, while Dante's accessory comes from the separate NPC quest route.
  • The Toji style route starts at the Toji NPC on the Slayer Island docks and requires 4 timed random non-world-boss tasks, 10 different player defeats, and 3 Toji Blade Pieces found on Punch Island, Slayer Island, and Dante Island before the final Toji challenge.
  • The new Toji update adds Toji Worm, Toji Questline, Toji Accessory, Toji Boss, and Toji's Sword; collect all Toji Sword Pieces to claim Toji's Sword.

How to enter Sea 2

Ascension 5 required

The unlock is a single route. Complete each step in order so the Cartographer handoff, Ancient Fragment hunt, and Map Piece farming stay easy to follow.

01Reach Ascension 5The Cartographer will not offer Lost Fragments until Ascension 5 is complete. 02Start Lost FragmentsTravel to World Island and speak to the Cartographer NPC. 03Collect 2 Ancient FragmentsUse the 20-location route guide; the fragments spawn every 1:30 and despawn after 5:00. 04Farm 7 Map PiecesEach piece has 25 pity. The recommended order is Map 1 through Map 7.
05Return to World IslandTurn in the fragments and map pieces to the Cartographer to enter Sea 2.
Turn-in location: return to the Cartographer on World Island after both fragment and map-piece requirements are complete.

Only two are required for the Lost Fragments quest, but the complete route is kept on the dedicated guide because spawn spots can vary by player.

  • Spawn timer: every 1 minute 30 seconds.
  • Despawn timer: 5 minutes.
  • Use the screenshot and video route for the full 20-location checklist.

Where to get all 7 Map Pieces

Recommended order: 1 → 7

Order is technically optional, but Map 1 through Map 7 is the cleanest route. Each Map Piece has a 25-pity counter. Saber is the Knight alias, and Yuji is the Cursed Vessel alias for Map 1.

Minotaur Raid, Light Raid, Raid Shop, Spirit Warrior, and Light Fragment farming.

Broly Island

Separate, ungated island with Spirit Fighter [Lv. 16000] and Broly Raid; the current clear is bugged.

Slayer Island

Index NPC, Sun God world boss, Buy Sun God, and Reaper Soul Trials.

Gated and late-game routes

The routes that unlock after the main Sea 2 chain or lead into the newest update content.

Isolation Island

Blood Flower-locked Ghoul Members, Reaper Key, Black Reaper Boss, and Black Reaper Master.

Dante Island

Dante Questline 1 teleport, manual Dante Boss route, castle return gate, Dante's sword, and repeatable accessory-copy route; also a Toji Blade Piece location.

Frost Island

Quest 27 for levels 20,000 to 21,250, Quincy Members, Frost Empress Training, and Rukia.

Hero Kingdom

Levels 21,250 to 22,500 Disciple quest, King of Heroes V2, Gate Fragments, Lapis Cores, and Brisbane Armor.

Flying Ship

Lightning Boss, Thunder God title, Lightning materials, and the Lightning V2 route.

What to do after the unlock

Progression map

These are the major Sea 2 branches, separated by the place they begin and the reason players return to them.

Mastery System

Starter Island Sea 2, also available from the inventory button.

  • Maximum Mastery is 500.
  • Normal NPCs give 1 XP, normal bosses 3 XP, world bosses and Sea Beasts 75 XP, and raid bosses 100 XP per kill.
  • Claim the mastery bonuses from the menu before expecting them on the equipped Sword or Melee.

Blood Flower Quest

The gate to Isolation Island starts on Starter Island Sea 2.

  • Start at the quest NPC on the right-side tall mountain.
  • Find six flowers: Starter Island Sea 2, Bizarre Island, Punch Island, World Island 2, Slayer Island, and Blue Planet.
  • The completed route unlocks Isolation Island and its Ghoul / Black Reaper progression.

Dante Questline 1

Judgement Island in Sea 1 unlocks Dante Island in Sea 2.

  • Get Sparda Bloodline.
  • Have Yamato / Vergil Sword in your hands.
  • Defeat Yamato / Vergil using his sword.
  • Then farm Demonic Shards from Anos / Academy Island to manually spawn Dante Boss.
  • The summon teleports you inside the castle; use the gate again to return. Dante cannot auto-spawn and has no pity by design.
  • Dante Boss drops only Dante's sword and title; its low sword rate is intentional and may change.

Toji update

Toji style route plus the new questline, sword, accessory, worm, and boss.

  • The Toji style route starts at the Slayer Island docks, uses 4 timed random non-world-boss tasks, 10 different player defeats, 3 Toji Blade Pieces, and a final Toji challenge.
  • The new Toji Sword route requires collecting all Toji Sword Pieces to claim Toji's Sword.
  • Toji Worm, Toji Accessory, and Toji Boss are added; their detailed routes and stats still need capture.

Raids and Light V2

Blue Planet is the primary raid and Light V2 hub.

  • Light Raid supplies guaranteed Light Fragments toward Light V2.
  • Light V2 uses 1M Gems and Light Fragments; F mastery uses Bearer of Light, 10M Gems, and 25 Light Fragments.
  • Broly Island and Broly Raid are separate from the Blood Flower gate.

Sun God and Reaper routes

Slayer Island carries the Sun God world-boss route.

  • Sun God has 1,500,000,026,624 HP and a 15-minute spawn timer.
  • The route tracks Sun God Sword at 0.485%, normalized Luck drops, and the Buy Sun God NPC behind the boss on the hill.
  • Soul Harvester uses the Wraith race gate.

King Update routes

Hero Kingdom is the newest major equipment and melee branch.

  • King of Heroes V2 base route: King of Heroes V1, 1M Gems, 5 Calamity Seals, and 15 Lapis Cores.
  • F mastery: King clan, 10M Gems, 25 Gate Fragments, 15 Lapis Cores, and Sword of Rupture.
  • Frozen Outfit, Brisbane Armor, Light Outfit, and two unidentified auras are tracked on the update equipment routes.

  • Quest 27 covers levels 20,000 to 21,250.
  • Frost Empress / Rukia is the world boss and Frost Empress Training handles the mastery route.
  • Use the Frost Island branch for the sword, materials, title, and F move requirements.

Sea Beasts: Kraken and Sea Serpent

Sea 2 exclusive
The two bosses

Different HP, shared drop pool

Sea Serpent: 625B HP. Kraken: 1.25T HP and the higher drop chance.

Both can drop Clan Rerolls, Bloodline Stones, Blossom Outfit, Kraken Outfit, Dragon Goddess at 100 pity, and Dragon Queen Title.

Spawn rules

Find Open Sea first

  • Swim and dash away from land until the top-of-screen Open Sea message appears.
  • Minimum bounty: 500,000.
  • Stay 200 to 600 studs from any island.
  • One Kraken and one Sea Serpent can be active at the same time.
Efficiency

Bounty improves the rate

  • More bounty increases Sea Beast spawn rate.
  • Sea 2 bounty caps at 50 million.
  • Six players with 50 million bounty is the most efficient setup.
